Who We Are
The West Allis – West Milwaukee Monogram Club is one of the oldest service clubs in the area, established in 1932. The aim of the club is to promote the ideals of fair competition, scholarship, good sportsmanship and to recognize high school athletes of championship status and to honor our local veterans and first responders.
The club hosts an annual Chicken Dinner. Through our “Buy a Dinner for a Veteran” program, donated chicken dinners provide a meal for veterans at the Zablocki VA Center, other area shelters and American Legion and VFW posts. We also provide dinners to local first responders. Last year we were able to provide over 2000 meals and over 13,500 in the last twenty-five years.
Through our fundraisers, our group raises enough money to award six to ten $1,500 scholarships to scholar-athletes from the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District. Over the past twenty-five years the organization has given over $250,000 in scholarships, awards and donations to our community.
